Guys I have done a lot of research online but I just can't figure out which one is better.
Could you please help me choose the better?
P.S Overclocking is always in game.

It depends. The gtx 570 is a liitle old but if you do renders and benefit from cuda always go with nvidia. As of games gtx 570 always has more fps unless in some games at 2560 x 1440 but im pretty sure you dont use this resolution

It says that the GTX 570 is one of the best cards ( top 5 ) but it is overpriced for its performance ( 7th on the list ). The decision is up to you whether you have enough money to spend etc.
