Well, so I found the images for MW3. (The Wiki didn't have them all. That I could find.)

So here it is

How to add:
1: Go to the steam folder, and then: Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\main
2: Open: iw_01.iwd (With WinRar. Zip might work as well.)
3: Open: images Folder
4: Drag & Drop the Files from: MW3 Real Compass.rar to images Folder (The iw_01.iwd -> images -> Drop Here.)
5: Wait and then enjoy the game

Maps: (16 No DLC)
Note:
I haven't tested all the maps. But I tested 2 and they worked well.
I have only tested without the DLC Pack.

Bannable:
Extreme low risk.
Textures haven't been bannable before tho...

Tip for next time: if you wan't to show more images, just combine some of them to 1 image. It will look like 2 but it is 1. (I did the first 12 images in 1 imagefile now for you).

Also: show us some images ingame.

I didn't feel to do it

I don't look at people like they suck.
They can do some work.

Why don't you just make an Universal Texture Installer?
Like I started. But forgot to finish.
And you reminded me X,x

IDK, It's not like people can't do it, it's just userfriendly and more professional
