Hi im looking for a plugin like !rules from bonemind Ingame RCON tool
For example you create text file and add that name/command to sv_config
and if any player use that command display the text from that file.

Perfect for different lenguage rules. !spa !rus !fra !ita ..etc or anything you want.

I know... its possible, so someone can do it?

He is telling you how to do it, or what you would use to do it.

But I dont know how to use C# for that reason Im requesting that.
