Okay, so few facts about it.

1.) In video NORMAL subway (metro, underground - call it whatever you like) is shown, that is not secret, I have been to it just 20 minutes ago and I am not Stalin as you guess

2.) It was PLANNED to be used as a secret Stalin's subway but his plans failed, it was used only for 2-3 years and then - abandoned. It is not used by government/anybody else. There are such people in Moscow called diggers (idk if they are called same in europe) - they go to restricted zones of subway. There were lots of people who visited metro-2. of course, it is out of law, but it is not secret and if you have ~150$ to pay a penalty (if you will be caught ) you can go to it yourself, nothing superhard.


Also - mezhgorie is not super-secret as well. Yes, it is "nuclear capital" of Russia, but it is not secret! It is opened city, people live there, children go to schools, adults have normal jobs... Not so cool as it is shown on video.

Even if it was allowed to enter, I think I would never be so close to those places since they are billometers away from me.
