I have had the server going with rcon and permissions, and no-reconnect, i re-installed it due to it kept booting us off with a memory error, now i have replaced all files with exactly the same ones that i knew worked but as soon as i add the 3d39.dll, the server wont boot, but it was the same .dll that was working ok.

I have re-downloaded the .dll but it still wont boot, as soon as i remove it it boots but obviously nothing works.
