why?

There are no modtools in mw3.

plugins are NOT mods.
plugin just changes dvars/ or some player customization
mod changes the whole game or gameplay :S

the best way to do this is get the speed plugin and unlimited ammo plugin.

Thats what I use.

i have those mods on the server in my siggy if u need to test

untested, just set it up, but still at work so cant join it yet
