lol
Why do you need 16GB of RAM? 4 is average 8 is overkill 16 uhh dunno unless you're rendering enormous files. And why are you getting a 2600 Non K if you're getting a p67 board?

^^^^ good question all you need is 4 enough and cost less Cpu is a little overboard there,Gpu is decent thats about it Would be cool if you could buy two of each and send it to me so i can use it and give me water cooling also never used that before Thanks

What @Bloopbloop said, and if you want get the 2700K it costs a bit more but its worth it.
the rams are totally useless
tall heatsinks = facepalm (marketing strategy that no one needs unless you forward more than 1.65 Volt through it) {which i highly DOUBT}
get low profile ram and buy a proper cpu cooler (stock sucks)

buy a z68 gen3 mainboard (combines all features of h67 and p67 chipsets, it supports pci express 3.0 + support of 32nm AND 22nm cpus)

cpu: 2600k - not the first revision called 2600 / or get the 2700k for 30 bucks more

looks very good but make sure that the mainboard is a generation 3 board. then you are ready for upcoming graphic cards and the new cpus!
