can you use cheats in theatre to catch ppl etc or does it have vac?

Theatre *should* not have VAC enabled. I cannot say this for sure though.

I'm 99 % sure it doesn't, since you could use hexedited .exe in theatre to record movies with higher FOV.

Isn't the whole MP vac protected?

No, private matches aren't. Only most dedicated servers (probably all and the vac option that you can set to 0 via some dedi exploits doesn't affect anything except for the missing VAC icon in the serverbrowser)

Also, menu isn't VAC protected

I thought even when VAC was ticked to off, it was a false sense of security, and in itself did nothing?
