I have the error 'Unable to connect ... because you using different protocol version' when I want play MW3 spec ops with a friend.
I have a Russian key of the game. My language of the game is french.
My friend has French key. His language of the game is french.

I dont know why I cant play.

Because you have a Russian key, and your friend has a french key.

This doesn't make a difference, I have Russian key as well and I can play fine with people with Polish keys.

Now it work : My game was in french but in steam the game language was english.
I set french in steam => steam download some french file
DONE
