Instructions:
1.Run MW3 and go to emblems
2.ALT+Tab out and choose the emblem u wanna unlock numbers 2-20
3.Select it in emblems
4.Enjoy!

Oh ok, i will edit it, the person who released it where i get them was called Proton :S

And what when i use it online? Can you be banned?
