nope im not

Other then a brute force, no. And you can only send 1 password per second or the server will deny your request (at least for rcon password, not 100% sure about private password) so it could take years.

Open "call of duty modern warfare 3\zone\english\common_mp.ff" with notepad.
Now the first thing in the text you should see is "IWff0100".
Remove this, press CTRL+S, and start up your game. Passwords are all accessible with the word 'operator'.

First (real) advice that could actually work.
Try to make friends with the admin, tell him you want to apply as moderator.
Then, when the time is right, you ask him for the password and he will simply give it to you
