So, a few weeks ago I removed (or rather "deactivated") my facebook account.

Why? I didn't found it useful since the early beginning...
Also, I was so annoyed at everyone who spelled wrong (and by that, I mean horrible spelling, or just terrible wrong quotes) and sometimes their often... well... dumb logic.
I'm sure we've all saw such "posts", just look at 9gag as pure examples of what I mean...

Honestly, I never really used it... Just for liking posts (9gag, artige.no, etc) and commenting on newspapers
Well, I rarely logged in, and that was just to accept friend reuqests and shizz.
I never actually sent a friend request, just let 'em add me...
I had like 40-60 friends, while everyone else had 100 +, I just didn't care...
I never understood the point and purpose of all this o.o

So, I just wanted to hear your opinions about facebook in global...

I use facebook mainly for fun. I am not active in posting but I have my favourite people that I check out everyday and laugh about them. I have now 200+ friends, but I do know all of them, unlike some people with 800+ friends. And to be honest I sent like 30 friend requests.
Second reason is to check out chicks. (@AZUMIKKEL I don't mean the animal)

You must have some really dumb friends.
I use Facebook mainly for when I'm bored in class, sending messages to the whole class, or a bunch of people at once, or sending files.
If someone makes retarded (or many) status updates I either make all of their posts hidden or remove them as friend, but that happens with like 1 out of 25 people.

I use it only to contact friends, nothing else. I have about 70 friends and know all of them, while few girls I know have like 700.

I have a few friends that are 24/7 on Facebook, they have sent me many invites and I always reply them: GTFO ,

I use fb daily. I use it to know what people I care about have been up to. I don't judge them by what they post or how they do it. I only have people I know in my friends list.

Do you have a social life, Rendflex?
