hi i want if some pls could make a hack for getting only the weapon u want to the lvl 31 ( but only thath weapon not the other ones can some pls do it for me i am not so good at making programs so... )

You can do it alone, this is max value, fil it for desidered gun, after 1Kill will give you 31Lvl.
marksman 1000
veteran 2500
master 1000

Other way get MW3 unlocker, folow instruction how to use play only with desidered gun to lvl up, restart mw3

you need learn how to use CT for first, second option is better "cause friendly use.
For first option copy and paste code to your desktop rename it from .txt to .CT (need properly tool to open...) doble click on it and going on.....

what the name of thath tool ?
