when ever I click the play button it says "Connecting to Online Service" for about 5min
then it says "Call of duty server isn't available at this time"
is this because i prestige hacked? a VAC ban?

No ur not. I always get that as well, what i do is wait till it gives me that message then just try and connect again and it seems to work for me at least
nope, 1337th time i repeat THOSE CHEATS ARE NOT BANNABLE!!!
if you were banned the game will not work showing you a message aka "unhonest game detected"
that message just always shows up from time to time and it has nothing to do with any of the hacks posted on this website
It's been like that as long as I play call of duty people, just restart the game, relog steam, it will work again eventually, no need to create a thread for it.
