no need to buy a network card
no need to buy a sound card
already on the mainboard
i would get a AMD FX-8150 bulldozer chip instead of this "older" one
also replace the gforce with a HD6950 and you will have a good working amd system
Also in case you ever decide you want dual GPU and more stuff I would take more than 600W.

You only need 16gb if you want to make HD video's on youtube or something. 2gb is good enough for all games, but you can take 4-6 in case you need it in the future.
