Also you can mod with the commands and variables available on servers.

variables != mod

modding = mod = modifications
therefore its actually modding cause you modify the gameplay

Can't we just remove the bf3 modding sections? We've no idea how long it will take till we can mod this game. The mw3 sections on the other hand...
