At least send a notification that someone is trying to pm the person who disabled private messaging. Some of them forgets that they disabled it.

Seems handy but don't really see why

They pm me and ask for something but I can't pm them back cuz they disabled pms.

send email instead or just ignore them due to their ignorance to enable private messaging
