i have problems getting the best rendering settings for sony vegas
look at this video, i had a solid 60 fps when recording but probably i did something wrong because the vid lags like hell and the quality is pretty shit in my opinion :S
anybody knows the best rendering settings for vegas?

its supposed to be a good HD video maker, and when i get this problem done before i go search for editing tutorials.

adobe after effects cs4 = officially 179$
movie maker = amateur
adobe after effects cs4 = profesional
movie maker = for adding text
adobe after effects = for creating awesome video fx like in professional movies
