Because you use int( )... int stands for integer and integer means round number..
Also I advise against using setclientdvar() in loops. It will crash the player after a while with a command overflow

Well how do I need to set the number on the hud otherwise?
and it has nothing todo with the int() because it has to be a round number ... also i'm not stupid i know that lol
