It's possible, just spawn fx's and stuffs to the player model's tag.
Also, I think you could detach the head ;P

There's tons of blood scripts in the raw folder, but the chunks...
Search for "flesh" there's alot of fx including "flesh", but I haven't tested any of them.
And you could create your own, custom ones

+If a person carries an RPG or M72 LAW as a secondary, their primary will be taken away, they will switch to the launcher, and will be given a M1911 pistol as secondary. TL;DR: Launcher is now primary weapon.
