I saw the trailer and here's just a few ideas:
-possible removal of the killed by message
-removal of highlighted tomahawk
-maybe even removal of tomahawk since they're not used irl?
-integration of filmtweaks/bloomtweaks into the map files so they look more realistic
-possible forcing of certain graphical effects such as depth of field for realism
-I'm not sure if this is already integrated but you can bypass certain reloading animations so you're ready to fire quicker after reloading by sprinting or double tapping the weapon switch button, a good idea would be to make it so you can't switch weapons while reloading and if you started to sprint to bypass the gun cocking animation at the end of the reload sequence once the gun is brought back into view at the end of the sprint the player would automatically cock it before it could be used (couldn't switch weapons during this too, or throw nades etc).
