I wouldn't call it a problem but can someone please provide me with..

1. A current tutorial/link with how to load mods on the most recent black ops (for unranked dedicated servers [assuming it doesn't work with ranked])
2. A link of where to start out in terms of making the mod, what programs to use to edit, what to use to compile etc etc
3. Well that's it, then ill start looking at current public mods and get something good out for the community to enjoy!

I know this post may sound a bit stupid but I'd be easier to have all that in 1 location, you might even want to make a sticky in the tutorial section or something with all that information (or links to it) as it does help people get started.

Installing a Mod

1. STOP YOUR SERVER
2. UPLOAD FOLDER TO YOUR FTP(mp_MODNAME - eg mp_kPro266)
3. Once Uploaded, go to Gameservers.com & click on CONFIG tab
4. Select Commandline.txt from the drop down menu, then click UPDATE
5. In the top input box type in (mp_MODNAME - eg mp_kPro25r), DONT WORRY ABOUT THE BOTTOM BOX.
6. Click SAVE changes
7. Click the INFO tab
8. Click "Re-Sync" - wait 60 seconds for it to load
9. Once thats done, click the info tab again
10. Hit Restart Server

Thanks a bunch, this really helped

Can't wait to get working on some stuff =D Just hoping BO supports custom databases (as i want to make a mod where players can level up but unlock special abilities instead of guns.. probably a but too complicated for my first project )
