reset ranking to 0 or lvl 1 prestige 1 only players no host, thank you in adavance

In PS3 and Xbox they have menus in which you can derank people, so its posible.

watch the BLACKSTORM mod
there you can go from 70 to 0,
but I think that there is no mod to derank prestiges,
I don't know.

Oh, this is the mw2 section. IT IS POSSIBLE in mw2. I though this was black ops..
