Frostbite is too complex, DICE says.
They said the same thing with BC2 so I expected this already.
This game will still be better then MW3 though
this game doesnt need mod tools in my opinion, i guess i will be just perfect like bc2

Well people will find it out when you give them the time. Just a bad excuse so they won't have to build in protection for things that mods might change or whatever other reason why mods are bad.
people had enough time so far and only managed to get the server files in bc2
Changing the gameplay is a bit different than the CoD Engine where you can replace scripts which aren't encrypted at all and where you can easily replace them (as ItsModsloader did).

Mod tools include source files which are basicly released/made to be modified.
