How to use this "effect editor"? what is it? so many question I can't even ask them, throw at me everything you know about this so called "effect editor".

For Ati users is broken.... Friend got Nvidia and works great and showing efects..... Its easy to use it I know cuz i was do few funy efects on Cod Waw
