For people like me, that have no clue on how to mod. I was curious if there is a base mod that you can add too. The mod would have nothing changed, just be ready to have stuff added to it. I dont have any idea how to mod very well, but i have an idea. SO im just trying to disable weapons in my mod, but its not working.
