i won't post a video because they take them all down fast.
wasn't lucky to find one in form of a tutorial.
can anyone describe how this works?

Treyarch will probably patch this ASAP, So im not worried or caring if this breaks the game, If anything this is just raising awareness for a quicker patch xD

I've just watched a youtube vid (will probably get removed soon), but in this vid you have to follow these steps:
1. throw your carepackage
2. then hold or throw your tomahawk (really quickly)
3. take your care package
4. use what is in there
5. repeat these steps.

tested, still working. you dont need a tomahawk. i used a nade like in the description i posted

You can however, pick Tomahawks up again and again... :3
