well, this is a common pc board but i guess you can use the aimbot code and load it via custom firmware.
but since i have no idea about ps3 modding you can either wait for someone that knows how to or you should search for a ps3 modding board.

There is no public way to do that.
If we would have the NPDRM keys we could decrypt the eboot and change the aimbot dvars or add custom cfg files.
