I think that it would block Nukes to get launched cause this was a major disappointment in MW2 where people ended the game with a nuke prematurely and there was no way to prevent this.

The nuclear EMP disables opponents perks for 30 seconds.

where did you get this info?

I remember Azumikkel saying you could get a nuke on killstreak 40 or something, not 25.

These are probably the possible killstreaks that a fan thought of.

Saw an ingame screenshot of nuke available (on 24 but he had Hardline I guess; making a nuke even easier makes no sense) but meh.

Artillery also is just one location.
