Background not animated, so it's fake.
CoD had animated backgrounds since CoD4 I think (never played 3 so I don't know there) and there is no reason for them to make a simple shitty menu like this.

2. There is no animation on the menu.
3. The PS buttons look all wrong.
4. Doesn't even look professional.
5. The three logos on the left - they don't all work on multiplayer, also, why would they place such ugly-looking not-fitting-in icons there?

the first one :looks too simple: as sayd, not animated background-->a bit strange
the second one: Ghost on the background of mw3? obviously fake: i don't want to start a discussion about his death. but: if he's not dead there is no interest letting you know it before you start the campaign, it destroy the surprise. if hes dead, then it is non sense to put his image.
