Hi all,
I want to play with a xbox 360 controller on my pc but I don't know how and what I need to buy. If someone knows how to do this please give me the name of the thing I need (or a link to it). I have Vista.

the cheaper, the better.

(don't say it's lame or anything else, I just want to know how to do it )

that was my first hit too but i searched further and found other things that says I need other controllers or something. But I know how to do it now. I didn't read carefully enough and I was going too fast to another page

Only real reason to play with a controller, is for racing games, Fighting games, and platformers.
Just try plugging in the wired one, it should work.

I bought a wireless controller and an adapter thing and it works .
now I play portal 2 with a (wireless) controller that's nice.
