Hello
Since this afternoon, I cant play MW2, each time I load a mod with liberation, when the game opens, the screen comes black and it appears the windows cursor(loading one), but nothing happens, it never loads, I have to ALt+Tab+Supr(del) to end game. I know that Liberation 1.06 came out today morning. I tried with also with Liberation 1.05 and 1.03, same result. I reinstalled game and also verified game cache and nothing, the same problem always appear.
How can I play again?

ah, this exact thing happened to me a few days ago
you have to go to MW2's fastfile directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\zone\english\
then delete this file (make a backup if you want):
mp_playlists_dlc2.ff
start up MW2 and it should now work
if this still does not work PM me and i'll send u my playlist file that works

Worked, thanks, but what happens with that FF file, I saw it other times and never was anything wrong with it, does Liberation affect it?
The only reason that I can think of the FF getting corrupt is when MW2 starts to download the file but never finishes
man, Thanx, I was looking for a solution for months, really thanks and it works!!!
But now it don't work anymore, that mp_playlists_dlc2.ff comes always back when I load a mod with liberation??? The first time it works but second and... doesn't work??

: you must edit the file in notepad and delete whole the file without the 4 last lines, then save it and close notepad.
Then start liberation, and it works!!!!
I've found a solution drom someone on this site:
you have normally got in your MW2 folder this files:
iw4mp and an old exe of that. You must delete the
iw4mp file (if you want, do back-up) and call the old version
iw4mp. this is a better solution then the 1 I gave.
