The difference is that the Wii doesnt have a proper way of injecting mods, USB Loader doesnt let you use any custom files bysides cheat codes..
You probably need to modify the iso to actually play it

Modifie-ing a wii iso is pretty simple, I got a tutorial for you but don't tell your wii buddys I leaked it

1. Download these 4 Programs

2. Download the .Iso of Call of Duty:Black Ops
BO Iso - http://isohunt.com/torrent_details/250428025/Call+of+Duty+Black+Ops+ISO+ntsc?tab=summary
:// Place all Downloads on your Desktop
4. Now go to Trucha Signer. Click WiiKeySetreg(The top one)
A pop-up will appear, Click Yes
Now go to Trucha.exe
Click Open Iso
Find the Black Ops Iso and Click on It
Click the Game/Partition/Root
Now Scroll down until you see Common_Level_Temp_Mp.ff
Right Click on it
Click Replace
And Replace it with the .FF you downloaded earlier
Now Right click on Partition
Click Trucha Sign It!
5. Plug your Usb Stick(Must be Atleast 8 GB's) into your computer. Go to WBFS Manager,
Click Format
Format your Usb Stick onto WBFS Manager
On the Bottom Right Side of WBFS Manager, Find "Browse"
Find your Black Ops Iso and Click on it.
Click "Add to Drive"
This Process should take 20-30 Minutes.
After this is over. Your DONE. Just put your Usb Stick into your Wii, Go to Usb Loader GX
or any other Usb Loader and Load the Game. Enjoy!

I never said it wasnt easy, but its just annoying.. USB in your pc, USB in you wii till you finally got it working.. Packing iso's takes about 30min/1hour so its a pain in the ass.
Btw about leaking, these apps have been here since 07/08 so i dont think you are the first one
