Some guy who got hired by VALVe made this for TFC and then for TF2.

You say this is an unfair comparison because TF:C is different and very old?
In TF2 it's exactly the same:
Release date Team Fortress 2: October 10, 2007 (but everyone basically already had beta access for some months)

Well, as long as there are no deaths visibile because putting a death in a promotional FPS video will ruin it (you can check this theory on every single video made by Valve, EA, Activision)
