COD4 - Great game - almost unlimited mod & maptools
then came..
COD5 - Good game - same modtools as cod4
then came
MW2 - No modtools at all
then came
BO - So far nothing, and probably limited as hell
so yeh what's next? MW3 with... console :O

If we can not import models and there are probably no map tools then what can we do.. compile .ff files? :/
what are Modtools w/o Modeling and Map tools?
I sense that we will see alot of nude models in which case.
