Summary

ValvE can be an ass. He explains how he did not even hack at all. He had all the proof he needed. He even threatened them... showing proof to others (Better Business Bureau), but ValvE didn't care. All they need is their "answering machine." The fact that they have some bot or instructions to "What to say when someone complains" only proves more that they don't give a crap about their customers.

He had bought over a hundred games from them and they just laughed.
I can't really see if this was for tolerance or just for money. Or that they're just assholes.

So anyway, if you're using a mod, be careful, and play private or combat training with vac OFF.

From what I see, and if it's true he didn't cheated, or not on all of the games,
make a letter made by somebody that studys rights and law,
make a big good letter, pictures of the purchached games, steam keys etcetc.

Then step to the police or whatever is able to get you to be helped,,
cuz if you really bought 100 games, we'r talking about 100 x (everage ??20) 2000 Euro/dollar.

So that's a big reason to step to higher people to get you to be helped


sorry for my bad english but seriously if you know you are right, do someting.

1) police cant help you with that kind of problem -> lawyer
2) lawyer contacts valve -> valve is sending the vac2 report -> paying for a lawyer and in the end no effect

Shit happened to me too. Same responses.

I had to make a new account, because every game I joined, got me banned. Even if I didn't play on a VAC server.

actually its not news my friend got banned by doing nothing he just started mw2 adn hes banned he had no cheats fak valve anti cheat

if u get this and u payd more than 2000 euro's/dollar's for games,
and other people have the same thing and are banned,

why dont you al attack the server's from steam / hack there website, and claim your money back for al the games?

They once disabled my million dollar account.
Threatened with dem lawyers and I had it back within 12h.
