Hello, I'm new here to the modding community and I want to mod my mw2 game, but all files are .gsc files and I'm not sure how to open them, can someone please teach me the basics of modding?

Hello, welcome to my forum. you open gsc files with notepad, notepad++ is a good alternative to notepad, nobody likes notepad

if you're lucky it might be good
generally just try to mess around with other peoples mods, changing stuff, eventually you'll get the jizz
there's not a lot of people modding mw2 anymore afaik, so good luck getting help, i definitely can't help you. also don't try to mod the retail/steam version, you'll get banned. thanks azumikkel
