Any suggestions on how to do this?
MagicGrenade isn't in BO.
MagicBullet doesn't work on timed explosions (stuff that doesnt explode on hit but takes 2 seconds or so)

Maybe you can make something with the exploding bullet from the crossbow with flames from the Napalm Strike, it's just a suggestion
