since all the servers in steam have been set to unranked, high xp isnt really usefull..
anyway you can use setclientdvar with the following commands:

Depends on what you're on. "Tekno" (aka IW5M/4D1 source code) 2.9 or whatever is the latest one, the DVAR's for the kills I think were disable or scr_xpscale or whatever was also disabled.
