Is there any way I could do something like this? It sounds cool, like how the old cod servers do it.

It's admin tools like "B3" or "Manu Admin", it just reads logfile and reads what you said then sends it as var into your mod ..etc etc etc..
So bad, but if there's no dedicated servers - it means it is not possible.
