Ban cmd doesn't work.

Someone requested me to unban them,but I didn't know how to,I could not find any file that had something to do with unbanning,later than day I found out he only got a tempban,I also found out that the !ban command doesn't work,when I use it on someone the message pops up saying that the player has been banned but he really hasn't been banned,does anyone have an idea on what might be causing the problem?

Which admin plugin are you using??
Look in main/permanent.ban file, sometimes the xuids are written on the same line and this messes up the ban

i have the same problem
i cannot ban players, i'm using god plugin i have asked in "God Plugin v5.0" thread but no
one answered me so i'm guessing its not related to the plugin maybe server config !

yes i use the permission plugin
i'm using the following plugins

aaaPermissionPlugin.dll
antiRage.dll
GodPlugin 5.0.dll

ServerAd.dll
welcomer.dll

i don't think its from the permission plugin because when i use "!ban playername" the player gets kicked which means the server accepted the command
but next round the same player join the game
i couldn't find any permanent.ban file

i tried to create permanent.ban manually but the file is always 0 KB which means the server either not writing anything or its writing somewhere else

First lets see if its Godplugin that is the issue,

delete godplugin and reference to it in the sv_config.

Now use boneminds serveradmin attached and also copy 'n paste this into sv_config, also remove welcomer.dll
