Hm. It's possible to unpack base.ipak, but is there anyway to pack it again?
I was thinking about:
- Opening notepad
- Drag and drop base.ipak to the notepad
- Open another notepad
- Drag and drop a unpacked file from base.ipak
- Go back to the first notepad and search for where all the code of the second notepad is
- Change it to the code of the modded file that you want to
- Save the first notepad

Is that possible?

Also, what's the name of the background image? menu_... something? Where is it located? base.ipak?
