I am wondering if these can be created
1st A plugin that lets admins and such use the command !spectate
2nd A plugin that does not allow players to kick admins and when they try to kick the admin this error comes up in a message - "Cannot vote kick this player"
I would make these but i have no experience with making plugins so can maybe someone link a tutorial on how to make a basic plugin
