hmm i am sure that i saw a live interview about it, but cant remember where
nothings confirmed from what ive read, only "we are considering mod tools"... AKA, wont happen.
Well yeah, looking at how Black Ops was promised mod tools, and it took them over half a year, so we first got them when the game was lame..
