Also, you should make nice GUI for it as I suck in visual studio Tongue
make button for each emblem, showing how does it look ingame. Click it - unlock it.

In HxD, ctrl + f "cardicon_xray" or any other you have unlocked and set. Then, you overwrite it with _eliteXX , where XX is number from 01 to 20 I think.
Don't have actual offset for that as I can't get on my PC.
