possible, have someone make a mod or plugin, which prohibits killing with: noscope.
and also prohibiting keeping our eye pointing more than 2 seconds?? is possible?? sorry for my English, is the fault of the translator google, doing anything xD

From what I know its not possible, but last time im not modding much and maybe its possible. Just wait for other people to answer here.
