Open up Modern Warfare Tree and Cheat Engine.
Launch mission 'Iron Lady' (act II)
Play until you get into AC130
Select new scan, enter 1(if you have ammo in 105mm gun) or 0 (if you don't)
Fire, pause game and make next scan with 0/1
Repeat until you have 2 addresses left
Double click them
Freeze them at addresses box (press Space)
Change their value to 1337
?????
PROFIT

Should also work in multiplayer, at least it did in MW2 when you were host.

I think you would get vac banned for running cheat engine in multiplayer.

My friend did, I did, not banned.

I think it's in memory region VAC doesn't scan in.
