Depends on what picture you are talking about.

1.) You are talking about pistols & shotgun (Click to View)

In this case - NOPE! This will not work in MW3 I guess, but if you are a liiitle bit familiar with Photoshop and know how to copypaste accurately, you can easily transfer these modificated weapon textures to MW3's dds files.

2.) You are talking about that MP5 camo that is like some ornament (Click to View)

In this case - I GUESS STILL NOPE!
It should work theoretically, but practically, I guess, since it is made for another game it needs CRC fix or how do you call it, I am not very good with modifying CoD textures

So as conclusion - it will not work without some additional work on this. I only give you TEXTURES itself without HEX-editing, CRC fix and other COD-complicated stuff.
