The default CoD server has a limit on what you cna do if your CPU or NET isn't too good. This disables that limit.

Thanks for the effort, but im gonna wait for nukem's updated server addon.

Any update to the 1.9?

Edit: NVM I just did it myself. Tried to upload it, but for some reason it would not take the attachment. Oh well, at least I got it running on my server. :-)

You need to put it in a .zip or .rar first.
