Try to close MW3 if you have it opened? Sorry have no idea whats happening there

While executing the program mw3 has remained closed .. I also turned off the steam program, I tried again and gave me error again .. I left off both (mw3 and steam) for 10 minutes, I tried again and finally it worked ..
